If you own a pool, chances are you have a Magnalatch lock on your gate or fence. Unfortunately, squirrels love to eat these lock knobs/pulls like they are candy, requiring full replacement as no parts are available from the manufacturer. For more information on determining which parts you may need or need help with installation, please continue reading.

Cosmetic only, but you should consider using a Complete as the shaft and knob will separate from the knob soon. Would also do an optional Body cover. |

Complete Replacement
Complete/full replacement knob option should be used when your knob no longer exists, but the internal shaft still exists. This option will come with a complete replacement pull (which requires a Torx T10 Security screwdriver - not included, but optional). This option is best for 95% of the the issues. Minor Knob Cover
Option 1 should work for 95% of people with knob issues. If you have a brand-new lock and wish to protect the existing, intact knob OR if you have one of my replacement knobs, the minor covers can be used to provide extra protection.

If you have questions, or are unsure which option will work for you, please message me with pictures of your locks and I can advise you on the proper selections. These are printed when ordered in carbon-fiber reinforced, heat-tolerant PETG, finished in a clear UV protectant that should withstand outdoor elements for several years and help protect your latches from further damage by squirrels, but we cannot guarantee prevention of further damage caused by extreme cases of squirrel problems. Given that these are 3D printed, your item may have blemishes. This is simply an artifact of the process and should not impact the functionality of the item.
